A Norwegian Christmas speciality! Salted and dried Mutton, to prepare you water for 24 hours, steam on birch wood for 3 to 4 and finish in oven with grill element for 30 minutes.

Pinnekjøtt is made from lamb/mutton which undergoes a process of curing. The rack of ribs are soaked in a salt solution & then hung to dry for 6-8 weeks
